Production:
This company, in collaboration with the Power Research Institute, has undertaken the production of voltage and current sensing devices for medium-voltage power lines (up to 36 kV). By establishing a 36 kV testing laboratory and a CT testing laboratory at its factory located in the Eshtehard Industrial Park, the company obtained an operating license in 2016. It has succeeded in providing a suitable replacement for MOF technology. This product measures all electrical parameters in outdoor power lines and simultaneously transmits the data to the distribution dispatching center via GPRS. Considering its competitive pricing and effectiveness, this voltage and current sensing device has become a popular and widely adopted product when compared to similar foreign alternatives.
Given that, according to Tavanir statistics in 2004, there were approximately 383,000 kilometers of 20 kV power lines in the country, and due to network depreciation and a lack of online monitoring, around 25% of electricity losses occurred, the demand for this product has become more significant. Research conducted by the Power Research Institute suggests that this production can optimize power inputs from power plants to distribution companies and reduce losses by up to 5%.
The initial prototype of the voltage and current sensing device was installed in 2014 at the Tehran Provincial Power Distribution Company. After a year of monitoring by the company's specialists, it successfully obtained technical certifications and was included in the vendor list. Subsequently, similar prototype units were simultaneously delivered to the North and South Kerman Province Power Distribution Companies, and the certification process is currently underway. In 2015, five units were delivered to the Gilan Province Power Distribution Company, and in 2017, a contract for 60 units was signed with the Golestan Province Power Distribution Company.
Services:
Imen Bargh System Co. provides composite repairs for porcelain insulators, ranging from 63 kV to 400 kV, in collaboration with the Power Research Institute. These insulators can become damaged or need replacement due to their age, resulting in severe issues in the power network. Therefore, repairing and replacing these insulators have become a priority in maintenance activities. It's important to note that the performance of this service has been approved by the technical office of Metanir Company.
In 2016, Imen Bargh System Co. obtained ISO 9001 certification from GCERTI and CE certification from DRS. In 2016, the company joined the Alborz Province Science and Technology Park, and in 2017, after evaluation by the Innovative Companies Evaluation Committee, it was classified as an innovative company in Iran.
